"I would just like to say, out of my 3 years of living here at Osprey Links, Reuben gave excellent maintenance service and was communicative about what was completed. If you can make carbon copies of Reuben, you’ll have a team of great individuals. Thanks Reuben!"
"Reuben came in for one service call and was happy to help me with all my concerns. Very friendly service! Reuben went above and beyond, what a great asset to this company!"
"When you call for service here in this complex, you will get the greatest service from Carlos Flores !! He always provides excellence in execution of service and keeps his word. A true leader yet a humble servant. If you want to keep your property in tip top condition, you need people like Carlos taking care of business!"
"Please stay away from this place. Nothing works and the property manager does not care to fix anything. If you decide to rent here then you deserve what you get. Buyer Beware. None of the appliances are energy efficient so you'll be paying $400-$500 a month on electric bills. If you want to stay here you can but you will save more money living in some ghetto. Your literally getting the exact same service and square footage but if you move in to an lower end neighborhood you'll at least save money. Don't say I didn't warn you!!!"
"Great customer service, clean apartment and facilities. I would like to see that management take care of the hallways too, since they are dirty; they need pressure washing. I bet the management wants their efforts make the apartment complex looking in great shape so they compete with other apartment communities in the area."
