"It's been almost a month of living here, so I'm a little behind on my reviews. The staff at the leasing office are exceptionally helpful. I was assisted by Dolores who was very good about following up before/during/ and even after the move. The community is very diverse and overall safe. I say if you are moving here consider the location and where your unit is. Goes w/out saying, closer to the main road you'll have some noise pollution but also convenience of getting in/out of the community."

"I want to preface this review by stating my husband and I lived here in 2020-2022, so my review is based on that time. The move in and move out process was very smooth, even when we moved in in the middle of the pandemic. Everyone in the office and of the staff was always very nice and helped resolve any issues quickly. The unit itself was in great condition and very spacious. It has a dog park that is in decent condition, as well as a playground, and plenty of walking paths that are great if you have a dog or young child. You can get plenty of natural sunlight, as there are tons of windows, and the scenery (depending on the location of your unit) is very nice. There are three things that keep me from giving this apartment a 5 star rating. As stated in other reviews, the stairway for the upper apartments have very thin walls, meaning that regardless of if you're on the first floor or second, you will hear your neighbors all the time. Second was that the grounds of the apartment, specifically towards the back of the apartment complex, where not very clean, and if you have a pet or small child that is curious, this can be a problem. Third, was the amount of visitors other tenants had over, always taking up the parking spaces around the buildings, often leaving other residents to have to park a good distance away from their homes. Overall, our time at the Parks was fantastic and we were very sad to have to move, but the location was no longer convenient for our family. I would absolutely recommend this complex to anyone who is looking for an apartment in this area."

"I have lived here for 4 1/2 years and I love it. The location is great and the complex has a lot to offer. Maintenance is always friendly and can solve issues pretty quickly and the front office is friendly. The only problem I have is the parking area in front of my building tends to flood if we get lots of rain but is does not happen a lot. I do love that rocket launches from my window!"
