"The staff from office to maintenance are helpful and friendly. The rent is not bad at all but I just think there should a renovations done to the apartments starting with the kitchen. Some of the cabinets doors and drawers are mismatched and the counter definitely needs to be replaced. I'm not looking to move right now but I am definitely saving to do so."

"my ac has not been working for months and i called them and spoke to them 1 on 1 even the manger and somebody came to try to fix it but nothing has been fixed. Very horrible apartment its so hot in my apartment i can not sleep at all I'm tossing and Turing. And not to mention the roaches are out of hand mainly baby roaches and big ones. I am a clean person and i clean my house everyday I'm not understanding why i see roaches in my home everyday. Please fix the ac for building 300 and 400 thank you!"

"I have visited the office and also called multiple times regarding my A/C not cooling the apartment. For the past 2 months my electricity bill has been in the $400's not to mention the looming rent increase in August $72 more. NO ONE FIXES ANYTHING in this apartment complex. The maintenance guys said to me that they do not want to order a new A/C or pay for the A/C duct to be cleaned out. This is stresses me out immensely. I have kids and inside the apartment is between 80 to 90 degrees when the AC reads 72. I have spoken to Talanda and she stated that the people that would clean the duct would be there on 7/18/23. She is a big liar because 10 days later no one has come. I will be contacting corporate and the county offices that handles compliance and enforcement this coming week It's just sad to see that Woodhill does not give service but expects rent on time each month. Spare me the apologies because y'all clearly do not care."

"These people are the worst!!! February 26 will be one month since I moved in. From day one I have complained about my apartment and they have only completed a few repairs that I told them about. The most important is the mold and roaches. I talked to the property manager and she told me she would have pest control come out on Friday, today is Tuesday and still no pest control! I can’t properly move because I’m afraid the pest may get in my daughter and my stuff. I’m very disappointed because I moved from a home that I inherited from my parents and did not have to pay rent. The reason for moving was because of poor living conditions. And to move into almost the same environment mold and roaches is just uncalled for. And they have shown me they don’t care!"
