"I moved into a new apartment here and love it. Anna Sawyer the leasing agent was incredibly helpful and always on the ball to make sure the move in went well."
"This place was such a dump and managed by some of the simplest people I’ve ever met. Heads up if you live in 502, they didn’t inspect the balcony last year during annual inspection like they were supposed to. I work from home and no one ever came. Safety first! Lmao"
"Pros - The apartment itself was nice, and the location is great. You can easily walk to many bars & restaurants in the area. The Maintenance team is amazing and always quick to fix any issues that may arise. The gym is decent, has 2 Pelotons that worked 50% of the time. Cons - Communication from management is nonexistent. Our parking garage was under construction twice for months on end, leading to people having to move their cars around to avoid getting towed if they were in the work zone. Management would send out alerts day of, or if you were lucky the day prior to move your car, which was great when you happened to be out of town and not there to move it yourself. Walls are very thin. I would not live here if you can’t be on the top floor as you can constantly hear your upstairs neighbors walking around. Something seemed to always be broken, whether it was the locks on exterior complex doors, elevator, entry gate, package lockers, or something else. Sense of safety is significantly lacking. If the locks don’t work, they just leave the door/gate open. Be sure to read the lease/lease renewals extensively to understand all the additional charges they instate. We had ongoing issues with the package room/lockers, so instead of fixing those they brought on a new package delivery service, and then charged residents for it. The trash chute was broken and out of commission for 2+ months which caused a horrible infestation of bugs in the units nearby. We had to have pest control come out multiple times due to an issue we had zero control over, and were charged every single time. Again, there was little to no communication on timeline of when the issue would be fixed which made it that much more frustrating. Management does not care about the state of the complex or how it impacts residents, and it shows."
"I moved out a few months back. Reflecting on my stay, I have a few things to point out: Staff: - the maintenance team were professional and (for the most part) responsive to small problems within the apartment unit, but facility issues were a different story. - the office staff were not helpful and I dreaded having to deal with them Move in: - the apartment was one day late to be prepared (no warning was given, we got to go find a hotel last minute with our moving truck) and was given to us dirty and with broken appliances / windows. Neighbors: - Nice people, good experiences. Place stays quiet. Facility/location: - location is nice, plenty of things to walk to. The pool area is nice to hang out in and kept clean. - the facilities are fairly new (built somewhere ~2015), but are starting to show their age. Over the last year, a lot of things stopped working and weren’t attended to in a proper fashion. The garbage chute in our building was “out of order” for the last 3+ months we were there (still wasn’t working when we moved out). One of the two elevators in our building was “out of order” for over a month before being fixed, with a sign next to it that said “take the stairs nearby.” That was difficult when my 88 year old grandmother visited, as the other elevator was frequently locked for moving tenants. - the gym is nice, but broken equipment stayed broken for multiple months. One of the exercise bikes had a broken seat that stayed broken for >6 months. - the parking garage floor was cracking and falling through on the third floor. I snapped a picture of it when I left, which I will include on the bottom. - I purchased a reserved parking spot, but the office staff who lived in the building liked to park in it when I was at work. I called the towing service that was provided once, but they didn’t come. - the mail / package delivery system…… don’t get me started. Complete chaos. Move out: - be prepared for lots of unjustified charges and good luck getting in touch with them about it. All in all, good location and neighbors but problems with facility."
"This is a great place to live. I have lived here since it was constructed, and the amenities are top notch. The front lobby is absolutely beautiful. There are many areas to unwind after a stressful day at work. Rather it be hitting the on site gym, or taking a dip in the pools, this is the place to be. The location is very close to downtown Orlando, and there are many stores nearby."
