"Never had any issues with Nolan, he was amazing and very accommodating. HOWEVER the new manager is the accurate definition of a KAREN. I fear that the community will go down from here with her as a manager.. Thank you for your reply Tracy, my only feedback to you is please fix your attitude and talk to you residents with respect, the Karen attitude will only get you troubles with everyone"

"My fiance and I have lived in many apartment communities, and none compare to how incredible Millennium MetroWest is. We truly have never felt more respected, listened to, and loved by a community management team. Nolan was amazing when this property opened, Tracy who followed after Nolan's departure has continued to provide the same high level, personal service and kept our community to top standards. I truly have never enjoyed living anywhere more. Our lease just came to end, and we chose to renew and stay. My fiancé and I have never renewed a lease EVER. But Millennium MetroWest is truly different from any other property. If you find an available unit here, without question you should move here. Outside of amazing management, the community hosts well equipped and maintained amenities, a central location close to all the shopping you need, and it sits just beside a lake. Very beautiful! James and the maintenance team here is always working to keep the place clean and running smooth. Anytime we need them, they are quick to respond and always resolve our work orders right away. Could really go on forever about how much we love living here, but the best way to understand is just move here! You'll end up like us and never want to leave. Most apartments are just a space to live... but Millennium MetroWest is home. From myself and my fiance Anthony, thank you to everyone past and present on the MetroWest team for all you do!"

"We have been living in this complex for half a year and are very happy with everything. There were times when the light or bathtub needed to be fixed at home. And I want to thank technician James. He always comes in white shoe covers, which leaves my house clean, is always friendly, and does his job very well! It is clear that the person loves people and treats everyone well, including my dog. Thank you so much James:)"

"The team in the office is the most amazing team I have ever seen. My fiancé and I were experiencing an issue where residents were smoking just off the property line on a bench right outside our apartment. My fiancé has asthma and the smoke traveling into our unit was very bad. We reached out to the leasing office, and in just a day or two they got back to us saying they would be moving the bench entirely. I would never have expected this, and I was so impressed by the management's willingness to go above and beyond to make their residents comfortable. When we moved in, Heather helped me from out of state, she was so kind and met every one of our needs. Since moving in, I have nothing but positive to say. The complex is beautiful, the location can not be beat. The units themselves are bright, modern and spacious. I really really want to highlight the leasing office team because they really strive to serve their residents. A lot of places will treat you like a prince to get you to sign a lease, then never pay attention to you when you are moved in. Not the case here, the team at this property is beyond 5-stars and I continue to see examples of this every day. The only two downfalls on this property are 1) The package lockers require a payment to use. Any other complex I have lived in does not charge for this so a little disappointed there. 2) I'm not a fan of the apartment door locks. They are smart locks but the only access I have to my own front door lock is by using an app. The app doesn't work well, most of the time it glitches and takes me a while to get into my home. I wish I had full use of my smart lock like setting a code to enter, connecting it to my smart home system, or controlling it from far away with remote access."
