The Estates at Park Avenue Apartments 2801 Biltmore Park Drive, Orlando, FL 32835

"Years living here and I really enjoy it. Awesome location. Always clean. Great to take walks around the lake. The fitness center is big and very good. Although there is an issue related to parking. There are limited visitor parking spaces in the neighborhood (about 30 spots). You cannot park on the street not even for an hour or else you will likely get towed. For that reason, it is a bit difficult/annoying if you love hosting people because they will likely have to park at the nearby supermarket and be picked up. Another issues is with the windows that are foggy and need to be replaced, as you cannot see outside. This issue is visible in all units. There is no way to clean the fog (we tried inside and outside) because the fog is in between the tempered glasses. Other than these two issue. I love living here. Great beautiful neighborhood."

"I went this past weekend for a tour. I really like the pictures online however the man(didn't get a name) who was helping us wasn't very nice. He had an attitude when I get there and just did not feel welcomed. This was our last apartment to look at and we ended up going with another choice. I did not think that the leasing agent would have such an impact but it does."
