"Maria is professional, knowledgeable and extremely nice. She have me all the informations I needed and was really friendly. Lake Vue apartments is a wonderful relaxing place."
"Lake Vue's central location was the biggest draw for why my roommate and I decided to move here, but it turned to be one of the very few positive aspects in our experience. But before I go any further, shout out to the friendly maintenance team member who'd always say hi to my dog. We lived on the third floor of building 1 in a corner unit that didn't get much natural light. We can also validate previous reviews that the walls/flooring is super thin. We'd hear our upstairs neighbors moving around constantly, and it would make our walls shake at times. There was one morning I even woke up to a full-blown argument that they were having and could hear every expletive. And even though we lived on the third floor, our unit flooded after Hurricane Ian, and it took weeks for repairs to be resolved. If you have visitors over, the office instituted a parking system that requires them to pay for a spot. There were also at least four separate vehicle break-in occurrences - two of which had multiple victims - that I was aware of over the course of one year (no security gate/located off a busy road). Lastly, we had a stressful move-out experience due to the office's lack of communication. We received a move-out statement that included approximately $650 worth of damages, despite having videos/photos of the carpet with clear vacuum markings/no obvious stains and no clear damages to the blinds on our end. We requested additional verification, but we did not receive any until after many email follow-ups, an official dispute letter via certified mail, a phone call and a last-resort, in-person visit to the office to finally resolve it. I found out the property manager did respond in an email but it was deemed "undeliverable" because the photo attachments were too big. However, no effort was made to re-send them. Their photos did show some minor damage of a small stain ~underneath~ the carpet (though we were told it was brand-new carpet when we moved in) so they had to replace ALL the carpet to maintain the same color and grade (even though the "damage" was only in one bedroom), and the blinds had a very small burn mark that my roommate never noticed. Normally, in every other apartment complex I've lived at, I've been given 48 hours to fill out a condition report, but my roommate, who moved in first before I did, said maintenance pressured her to fill out the report on the same day she moved in while the movers were there, so she only had a brief look around and could've easily missed this. If you move here, be sure to take photos of everything when you move in AND out! Ultimately, we felt like we were nickel-and-dimed for any damage they could find no matter how small, so we lost our full $500 deposit and still owed extra. I hesitated to write such a negative public review, but today I got sent a move-out survey, and of course, I finally hear a response from the property manager within two hours after submitting it. It just goes to show that they won't respond when a resident is trying to resolve an issue with an excuse that they "receive a heavy amount of email daily" but when they get criticism sent to corporate, they try to save face by responding immediately."

"What a nice location and great management staff here at Lake Vue!. From the first time I met Chris in the office I was impressed with his customer service and knowledge of the complex. Seven months later I'm still here and ready to renew my lease. It's the little things that make the difference. Free coffee, valet trash pickup, great maintenance staff, easy parking with garage availability, pool and gym, a dog park, and a big lake with free canoe rentals, what more do you need? Close to Walmart, gas, Post office and I-4. 1 mile from Sea World and 4 miles to Disney Springs and 13 miles to MCO airport. All this for around $1500/mo. Glad I found Lake Vue"
