Great location and amazing maintenance team is the only saving star in my opinion. The place is old, in the previous apartment the roof was leaking racking up mold, the stain will be painted over."

"I lived here for two years and what I can say is that the maintenance staff is amazing, the community areas are very well kept, and the grounds are maintained professionally and regularly. The only real downside I could mention is that I can’t recommend a first floor unit, especially not the in the front of the building. While convenient to the parking area, your bedroom window will be just feet from the cars. This community includes many of our friends in the theme park and hospitality industry, and some of them work late hours. You will hear car doors and stereos as they get home. Another thing is that the landscapers visit early Monday morning and care for the foliage that’s right outside your windows. This can be an issue if you don’t work Monday mornings and like to sleep in. Finally having upstairs neighbors in these buildings can be a mixed bag. If they are heavy on their feet the resulting sound is a bit jarring. I personally had a bad experience with an upstairs neighbor that lead me to transfer out. The leasing staff did work with me for the better part of a year to resolve the issue, but ultimately we decided there wasn’t really much more they could about the type of noise we were experiencing and so we left. We are still at a Camden community not too far away, but after a few months, there are times we wished we had just transferred to another at World Gateway rather than having moved to another community. The new place managed by pretty much the same people, but it just feels very different."
