"I just moved in today and I gotta say, everything is absolutely gorgeous! Jessica was so helpful in answering all my questions when I was originally inquiring and while she wasn't in office at my move in day, Emily and the other employees at Palms were so kind and helpful. The apartment complex itself is very clean and quiet. Moving into my unit, it was spotless and so much better than I imagined. Really happy with the management here and can't wait to get my apartment set up. Edit:: After living here a week or so, the apartment complex isn't as quiet as I first assumed. The walls are thinner and for some reason some of my neighbors like to have whole conversations outside at 7 AM. The sound is more muffled, but it's still noticeable enough to wake me up. EDIT 2:: I’ve been a resident of about three years now: The walls are thin, and many people don’t seem to care about smoking in the hallways of the buildings, meaning there’s a lot of stink from weed and cigarettes. The leasing company has also been raising rent by roughly $200 each year I’ve been here. I just can’t afford a 1.7k rent each month. Will be moving this year."

"My name is iani and we rent a two bedroom apartment, I just try to help people to not rent in this location before they read the contracts, they have a lot of charges : 45$ valet trash, 10$ for reporting to credit report, bugs and ants issues with maintenance , ac problem they are old and energy bill is very high and is not a play ground for kids, the gym is closed on the holidays. Actually they charge me in January around 16$ ( after I ready cancel that) If someone don’t believe what I said, come and check and please before you decide to rent on this place be sure you read the contract. I just trying to help people to don’t have the same bad experience like we have!"

"Nancy was the that we spoke with and dealt with during our application and move in process. She was very informational and helpful with the paperwork we had to submit. We’ve been here just over a month and we are completely happy! We had small issue after we moved in and after a work order was submitted it was completed within 24 hours. Living here is so quiet and peaceful. My husband and I would highly recommend this place! We all received 50% off for Papa Johns just the other day for resident appreciation day!
