Royal Oaks Apartments

"As the previous commenter said they turn the damn water of with NO notification to the residents!!! Which is a huge inconvenience! Not knowing when the water will be cut back on . Kids unsupervised EVERYWHERE standing and running in the middle of the road as cars try to go by. Front office never answers ! Trash is everywhere ! They let the bin get so full it's disgusting!!!! Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone . Needs better management !!! How the hell do you cut off the water in the whole complex & not let the residents know what is going on !? Then close the front office and go home without saying a damn thing . Ghetto as hell!!!"

"I have lived here in Royal Oaks since it was still Highland Oaks and for the most part I have loved the changes that the new management has been making. My biggest problem is they have kept my son and I on hold since October 2015 telling us they would move us into one of their new renovated apartments by January 2016 when that didn't happen they told us they would extend our lease and by August 2016 they should have a new apartment for us. Now here it is July 2016 and we get a notice that not only do they not have an apartment for us but that they are not going to renew our lease. What kind of mess is that. We have paid our rent every month on time and in full, we don't give management any problems and we have been extremely patient hoping to eventually get our new place and now we have to find another place to move because they have dropped the ball on us, wow. We deserve so much better than that"

"It's very noisy. Police always around at night and don't let me started with the kids. Kids are everywhere with no adult supervision. I renew the lease the price went up. I was supposed to get a carpet cleaning in April now is May. I called 3 times to ask about it now I'm just tired of calling. The gate never worked. The dumpster in the back always full and with a lot of trashes laying around. The power in my house is in and out you turn one switch in the other room the tv and the light in the leaving room turn off as by itself. The maintenance kind of friendly they probably don't give them the right tools."

"This is by far the worst living experience I have had in my 41+ years on this planet. It's trashy, noisy, drug baggies all over the place, stranger hanging out in front of my door. Literally standing directly in front of my door when I arrive home. I would not recommend this place to my most hated person. I WILL NOT be renewing my lease to live in this trash."

"Maintenance don't fix anything , been here for a year & the bathroom in master bedroom been broken the whole time , emergency maintenance doesn't work . we had a bad flood around 8pm , didn't get help till 11pm , the trash compactor is alway broken , so people just pile there trash on top"
