"Do not move here! I have lived here for 3 years with my boyfriend and the standards kept by the management team has continued to go down as time as gone on. The leasing agents are unreliable, unhelpful and useless. Any maintenance orders placed are ignored and no one ever comes to fix anything. This past year living here has been horrible, and I regret resigning my lease. Do not move here, you will regret it."

"Contrary to the negative feedback I've read on the Google review, I've had a different and positive experience. Initially, I was hesitant, but by the time I arrived for my tour, I said, This place would be perfect for me; it is quiet and chill. When I met Evelyn, she was pleasant and very professional to deal with. She was able to walk me through the application process until I moved in yesterday. She made sure that my apartment was clean and ready. I was happy with the way the unit turned out, even though I hadn't seen the real unit until the day I moved in. Evelyn kept her word and delivered a lovely house. -Ciriaco-"

"If you are reading this run for your life! The Bentley has changed ownership probably 10 times within the last five years. These apartments tried to steal my rent for five months. They are extremely shady, nobody is ever there to help you, the maintenance guys are all sketchy. Not to mention the theft rate in that area alone, no cameras, if you live on the first floor, you will be targeted! This place is probably only suitable for young single people who can defend themselves and know the area quite well. This place is a joke. And I would give no stars if possible!"

"Don't not move here, the rent may be cheaper but it's not worth the frustration. We moved into our first unit that had leaks in the roof which left water stains. During a hurricane one year we told the office our ceiling was cracked and bulging and it eventually caved in that day...they never sent anyone to come deal with it and I had to call emergency maintenance myself to get it dealt with. We ended up moving to a different unit that seemed okay but ended up having plumbing issues with water backing up into the bath and the toilet not flushing. We had to call emergency maintenance EVERY WEEK, and they still never actually fixed the issue. Our washer was broken and I put several orders into fix it and it took me going up to the office to get them to come. There was standing water in the washer that made it hazardous but they never seemed to care. The portal always told us incorrect rent and when we brought it up we were blamed for not being responsible enough to know what our rent should be and that the portal is just a convenience for the tenants and that there are other ways to pay rent. My husband and I both work retail hours and it's very inconvenient to have to get money orders. The very last month we were there we were moving out mid month however the systems were yet again down due to ever changing management companies and we were responsible for paying the whole month even though the lease was up before month's end. However, because the system was down there was no way to prorate it and they would pay us the difference...only it would take 30 days to do so and a check would be sent by mail. This place does not care about you and will drag their feet on everything except when it comes to getting money from you. This review is very long however, I feel it necessary that people know how irresponsible this complex is and try to look elsewhere."

"Where do I start. Office staff are great until you become a tenant. They don't answer the phone and when they do they are rude or leave you on hold. The unit you see is bright and pretty. The unit I received was dark and dirty. Do not sign the lease until you see your actual apartment. I was not aware the bathroom was in the bedroom of the 1 bedroom apartment. When I moved in the unit was dirty from the inside out. They sent someone to "clean " it but they "couldn't " clean the area's I had items in. So the space was not move in ready like I was told. In fact they was putting appliances in the unit and fixing them while I was moving in. Maintenance was okay. I lived here from December til March. Dishwasher never fixed. Kitchen sink still leaking after it was "fixed". The gym was below standards. Valet trash came 2 times a week out of 5 and don't let it be raining. I've lived in the hood so the few times I heard gun shoots it didn't bother me. I heard units was getting broke into but I was prepared for that. I would NOT recommend this place! Its dirty and customer service is non existent. They kept my deposit for damages. I asked for proof. No response per usual. Live somewhere else unless you don't have a choice."
