"I have really enjoyed my stay here at The Charleston! Office manger, Heather, has always went the extra mile to try and accommodate me and has followed up with any request within a timely manner. I haven’t had to call maintenance luckily due to never having an issue with the apartment but I see they are around the community and are available if needed. The pool area, gym, and lounging area are all kept clean and I was very pleased with the community standard."

"CWC is probably one of the best apartments I lived in. The community is beautiful, clean and the residents are friendly. I’ve been here about 6 months now and appreciate how welcoming the staff is. Customer service is top tier and the property manager is very attentive! Just a couple things to note as I wish some of the reviews shared this when I was looking - I’m not sure that it would have deterred me from moving in but definitely would have been more prepared. You’re likely going to hear your neighbors above you, especially if they are extremely active all day. I have lived below some of the most inconsiderate and rude neighbors. There’s an after hours line you can call to report them. I’ve done so maybe twice but it seems to have worsened. The other thing is the silverfish!!! I never knew what a silverfish was until I moved here. They are harmless but definitely a nuisance. Pest control comes out quarterly and you can opt to have them come weekly, but it doesn’t and hasn’t resolved the issues. I was told that they were all throughout the community. They truly live rent free. Overall, I would recommend!"

"The Charleston is a beautiful, safe gated property. The pool, gym and pickle ball court make you feel like you are at a resort. Being able to have your furry baby with you is just icing on the cake for these luxurious apartments."

"I love living here and have definitely found a home in this place. We’ve been here about 5 to 6 months now and the staff are very friendly. We went to the annual Halloween party and got to know the staff better and our neighbors. Maintenance is top tier as well! Always cleaning and taking care of the property and very friendly. Management responds promptly with any questions or concerns you may have. Overall just a great experience living here"
