"Honest review. Left at the end of April 2017. It's Mid July and have yet to get a security deposit back. Left the place in good standing. They said all of the checks were done except mine. Be sure to always contact the leasing office in person because if you think for a second they will answer the phone, it wont be in the first few calls. I've complained about the neighbors upstairs for being too loud and disruptive and nothing was done about it. I've had my motorcycle hit WHILE IT WAS PARKED, TWICE. I brought this to the attention of the leasing office and they said nothing can be done on their behavior and since there are no cameras within the actual complex, it seemed as anything and everything can happen and nothing will be done about it. The neighbors are savages. Places are nice inside though and great location."

"Windsor Club is a safe clean community. The clubhouse is awesome, the gym is like a mini crunch fitness, love the remodel. The pool and jaquzzi are very clean. The community is very nice and it is a very family oriented atmosphere. The grounds are well maintained and it is a safe environment. The office staff are very friendly and always willing to help, professional and courteous. The maintenance staff is awesome! They are very responsive and professional and respond within 24 hours of any request.Mike  is especially nice and helpful and always has such a postive attitude. The 24/7 hotline is very responsive as well, and will respond to any request within one hour or less. The only down fall is about this place Is I lived on the third floor and constantly had to fight over many roof leaks that occurred. I will say Ashley was very responsive and attentive and tried to fix the situation as fast as possible. However, we constantly had to keep emailing her over the roof due to multiple leaks and eventually I started to get very agitated. Finally for the past 3-4 months no leaks have occured. I am on my second year of leasing despite that situation the community and staff are amazing and accommodating to your needs. When my stove broke Ashley ordered one right away gave me the turnaround time when it would arrive. Whatever request I needed the staff preformed with no issue amd always keeps you in the loop with any situation."

"My husband and I have lived her for a couple of years now. Making the transition from a traditional house to an apartment we thought would be difficult. With the help from Amber and Jeanette they have made our experience a good one. Any questions that we have had have been answered quickly and knowledgeably. Any maintenance problems have been repaired quickly and professionally. I feel that the staff, especially Amber and Jeanette, will go out of their way to solve any concerns that we may have. If your looking for a great place to live, consider Windsor Club at Seven Oaks I think you will have a great experience as we have."

"A little too outdated for my taste. The leasing specialist was very professional and went out of her way to sell me on the complex, but it just didn't do it for me. The carpet was a deal breaker for me. It felt like a cheap hotel."

"I've been living there for about 6 years now and I love it! Maintenance is excellent, every time I've called they are there on the same day. I do agree that people don't always clean up after their pets (I have two dogs) and letters get sent to the tenants, unfortunately there's not much management can do about that. Management themselves are great, Ashley is always available and friendly. I've never had any problems. Yes I've had noisy neighbors upstairs at one time or another, but that's apartment living for you. Sad to see that there are dissatisfied customers, but no one is 100% pleased 100% of the time."
