"They got roaches also if you want the hotels staff bf and sis to sell you meth etc they gotchu. Also if you want to be physically assaulted by the heavy set lady’s man she’s got you there. Please if your female don’t go smoke after 10pm. You’ll get physically assaulted by the desk lady’s(Jaqueline) boyfriend and her police friend. Best thing to avoid their bedbugs and roaches is just don’t stay here. Also if you don’t want someone to ask you if you want meth etc probably not the place for you."

"Had found a few cockroaches in our room. The room we stayed in the heater didn't work at all. And the breakfast was pretty sad. All they had were frozen Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich. The orange juice had a weird taste to it like it went bad."

"If I could, I would give this hotel and the management zero stars. Their method of doing "business" is atrocious. I checked in at 3 pm, which is check in time. I immediately got to my room and heard loud children next to me. I asked to switch rooms, which the "manager" Joyce had no problem doing. I tried going to sleep and the room next to me was making HORRIBLY LOUD noise, laughing and cackling like a maniac. I called the front desk and asked them to please address it; it did not happen. 30 MINUTES LATER, before 8 pm, I gathered all my things and left the room, went downstairs and explained to the night agent that I had to leave. She said she would call Joyce immediately. I did not stay the night, did not sleep, did not get any free breakfast, nothing. Not only did the "manager" refuse to refund my money, she yelled at me over and over on the phone, would not let me speak and gave me absolutely zero chance of talking. Be aware that the stairwell smells horrible, the hotel is next to a busy road and interstate (tons of road noise) and management is a joke. She was rude, unhelpful and the night clerk was covered in tattoos with no front teeth. I should have trusted my gut and left as soon as I could instead of every trying to switch rooms. STAY AWAY, unless you want a hotel where you will not sleep for a minute."

"There were two roaches in my bathroom, crawling on the walls, the vents in the bathroom were also molding, and there was an ant in my bathtub. The water pressure in the bathroom SUCKS. There was questionable black spots under my sheets, not sure if it's dirt.. I really don't feel safe sleeping in here."

"As far as the room goes. It's clean. I had a bad experience and everyone should be aware. Elevator safety is highly important. I was in the elevator and it just stopped while going up . I was stuck for about 15 mins and it was getting hot . After is finally moved again. The front office said they would accommodate the situation by giving me my few papers they printed out for free casue normally it cost 5 dollars to do so. That was personally a slap in the face.... Just off that service alone. We won't be back.....Don't spend your money where your not treated like your a top notch HUMAN BEING..."
