"I have been living here for a year now and I wish I never set foot at this place. DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE. You will regret it. Absolutely HORRIBLE management. Not only is the front office completely incompetent and has such a lack of urgency for resident issues & complaints but the power goes out constantly! Atleast a couple times a month. They claim 24 hour maintenance but when you call them to report a power outage, they give you attitude and say I’m on the way or it’s being fixed then HOURS pass and the power finally comes back on. Not to mention, the disgusting bug problem, lack of upkeep on the community itself things are always broken and dirty, and the walls are RIDICULOUSLY thin!!! Be prepared to never sleep. The foreign lady who works at the front office should be fired. She is extremely rude and acts like she doesn’t want to do her job. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!"

"Avasa Grove West is a lovely place to live! Super service and personnel. I have been at Avasa Grove West since it opened its doors and I say that this place is a beautiful place to call home. I have to say that the team of staff members at Avasa! starting from the front office, maintenance and ground crew is what makes this place a great community to live in. The Staff at the front office provide valuable support, guidance, and respect to all our needs as a resident. The positive attitude and enthusiasm are contagious and has created a great environment to be a part of. Every staff member always greets you with a smile and is quick to attend to any problems that arise. The grounds and the facilities are kept clean every day by these friendly courteous staff members. I could not feel safer anywhere else in this beautiful place I call home; I would recommend Avasa West at the Grove to anyone who is looking for an overall place that gives you comfort and peace of mind. "From the moment I walked in to see the property I’ve had nothing but a great experience with all the staff. The process was as smooth as it could be and I even changed my mind on which apartment I wanted after getting my keys but they had no issues getting the one I chose ready on the spot and changing all my paperwork. It’s been even better since management changed.. They have been super helpful, professional, sweet, kind, compassionate, and I mean everyone in the leasing office to all the staff from maintenance, they are all spectacular people to have around. Work orders are taken care of in a timely manner, I have never had a work order sitting for more than a day or two. Landscaping is beautiful, facilities are definitely beautiful, and the location, well, amazing. They do events for the community and are very well put together, definitely a beautiful and great place to live!"

"Please consider all the reviews about this leasing community. Yes, the community is beautiful but that does not mean living here will be a beautiful and pleasant experience. We are currently in a hotel for 3 nights because they decided to work on the bathrooms due to “mandatory repairs”. Their quick fix was to credit the tenant $500, that’s almost what my 3 night stay totaled to for a 3 star hotel. Additionally, we have had to purchase breakfast, lunch and dinner for those days which is completely inconvenient. This is unacceptable and I hope these reviews will convince you to avoid leasing here. On top of this, I have already been dealing with a nonfunctional dryer since October 21st. The whole leasing staff pretends they’re working towards resolving your problem and in reality lack customer service skills. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. Additionally, the process of the bathroom reconstruction was horrific, they left our apartment completely dusty and dirty, the least they could have done was hire a cleaning agency to leave the apartments just as they were before starting their “construction project”. I came back to my apartment with a respiratory infection and this was the last thing I wanted to deal with."

"This is a wonderful apartment complex …very clean; the pool is always clean and beautiful. I enjoy how the pool stayed open until 10 PM last summer. It is very much heated in the winter months. My neighbors are friendly yet quiet in the evenings and courteous of one another.!"
