"Living at my current apartment has been nothing short of a nightmare. The living conditions are abysmal, to say the least. One of the most infuriating issues is the constant dripping from leaking taps, which not only wastes water but also creates a persistent annoyance that disrupts any semblance of peace. Despite multiple complaints to the management, this problem remains unresolved, indicative of their blatant disregard for the tenants' well-being. Furthermore, the presence of roaches infiltrating through the cracks in the walls and floors is utterly disgusting and unsanitary. No matter how diligently I try to keep the apartment clean, these pests persistently find their way in, infesting the space and making it nearly uninhabitable. It's beyond frustrating to deal with this health hazard, especially when the management seems indifferent to addressing the underlying structural issues contributing to the infestation. Speaking of management, their incompetence and rudeness only exacerbate the already dire situation. Rather than offering assistance or solutions, they dismiss complaints with indifference or, worse, condescension. It's as if they see tenants as inconveniences rather than paying customers deserving of respect and decent living conditions. Their lack of professionalism and empathy is appalling and reflects a blatant disregard for basic tenant rights."

"Was very knowledgeable in fact had to go help another person that called do some work which showed his experience and skill. Very respectful and kind to both me and my daughter. Best experience with maintenance I’ve had in the 5 yesrs I’ve lived here every other experience has been … well it’s better to say nothing good than say anything at all , right?"

"If you are thinking of renting here, DON’T! I wish there was a lesser star than 1. The service I received from day one was horrid. I was moving from another state and was on a very tight schedule. When I was unable to move in on a Friday I asked if I could pick up the keys on a Saturday. I was told “ohhh we aren’t open on Saturdays” and had to stay in a hotel until Monday when they decided to open back up. Every time I walked into the office, the staff made me feel like I was inconveniencing them by being there. They told me my friend could not have their registered service dog on the property because “the dog wasn’t registered to me”. I received a letter saying if I did not comply with “their rules” I was subject to eviction on the matter. The units are outdated and are outrageously over priced. It took me over 2 months to get my deposit back. When I moved in I had to clean it because they did not. If you are looking to live in the area, it’s great! These apartments however, are atrocious. Jessica in the front office and the manager Dakota were non responsive and took days to get back to me via email. If you try calling the office, good luck! No one ever answers and you get sent to an answering service every time! I assume to make sure the staff had enough time to chit chat about everything else besides the apartments they manage. Being from a customer service industry, I RARELY complain. This situation however, was completely unacceptable. From the other reviews, seems like the only reason for the 3.9 rating is that they are riding past managements reviews. Jessica, Dakota and the whole team need to be reevaluated before continuing this level of service."

"I been living here for about 6 month, rent is been paid on time never been late. And I've been dealing with a severe pest issue in my apartment for over a month now. These small, nearly invisible bugs have infested my living space, causing significant damage to my clothes and forcing me to throw away my food. Despite numerous attempts to contact the office for help, they have consistently ignored my calls and failed to take any action. Living in this apartment has become unbearable, and I believe it's entirely uninhabitable in its current state. The lack of responsiveness from the management has left me feeling completely frustrated and unsupported. To make matters worse, they haven't even conducted proper pest identification to determine the type of bugs infesting my space. I've never experienced such a terrible living situation before, and it's incredibly disappointing that the apartment complex seems to care so little about their residents' well-being. This behavior is not only intrusive but also suggests a lack of professionalism and concern for the residents' privacy and comfort. It's disheartening to see that even the office manager, who should be setting an example, appears to be indifferent to the ongoing issues and discomfort that I and other residents are experiences… I wouldn’t recommend anyone moving here specifically if you have little kids.. Ya that’s what the ac looks like it hasn’t been cleaned or filter changed in years .. that’s why the apartment is full of bugs"
