"Horrible experience , leasing office took days to get back, they never answer the phone , we got denied which is fine but I solely believe it was because we were misjudged . They told one one thing but in the denial letter completely different story. We had to keep calling to check the the status, your brand new it shouldn’t be that difficult. And the people in the leasing office act as if we were a bother to them, and everytime we called their excuse was there busy. It’s plenty more beautiful apartment complexes in Wesley chapel. I don’t believe our denial was just based on our credit score ."
