"Filled a application for a property and was told I should get a call or email within 24 to 48 hours, still waiting and that was a little over 2 weeks ago. My significant other tried numerous times calling the office and even sent an email, still no answer.. I'm very disappointed in the fact we paid for 2 applications and no one answered. We were in a time crunch. Not any more thanks to another company that actually worked fast. I do not recommend anyone using this company. They will rob you and you will never hear from them. 2 of the properties that we looked at supposedly was for rent, but then was told it no longer was at that time. Passed by both locations 2 days ago and still up for rent. Not worth it."

"Dont waste your money on an application fee. Paid a 43 dollars to submit an application and received an auto generated email that it takes 24 to 48 hours to review and would receive a phone call with in that time frame. It's been 3 weeks and no call. I've attempted to reach the company several times and I either get voice mail or the voice mailbox is full. Wish i looked at the reviews before I threw my money away. If they can't respond to a potential client, I can't imagine they are very quick with fixing an issue in one of thier properties."

"Not the worst rental company. They answer service request within a reasonable time. I didn’t like the fact they assumed I had “unauthorized” tenants living with me.. I didn’t realize my 1 year old was unauthorized. There’s a woman there that has a beyond nasty attitude, nasty attitudes don’t get you far."
