"WAS THREATENED BY HOUSEKEEPING. The overall experience was OK. The first night there we were threatened by a lady walking her dog who was clearly on A LOT of drugs. The front desk was always very helpful and nice, as we weren't sure how long we were staying so we just extended the reservation every night. However we planned to stay longer… We planned to extended the resorvation however we slept passed checkout on accident. As a result, the housekeeping lady pounded on the door at least 4 times within 20 minutes telling us she needed to clean the room. By the last time she was literally kicking the door, screaming at my fiance, and threatened to to fight me as well(as other staff was literally holding her back). She was hopping up and down, spit flying out of her mouth, face red as a beat, and had the nerve to call us “crack heads” as well as manage to mention how my finances father basically enjoyed the services she provided “last night”. Anyways, I called the front desk to tell them I was scared to leave if she was still there, they said they'd handle it, but she was STILL standing out front when we left flicking me off and screaming at me. I appreciated the prices, size, and location of the room. However, I feel like they seriously need to consider the security of the tenants who are staying there. This lady was the size of a full grown man, and if it were JUST me and my fiance was not there… I fear for what might have happened."

"The rooms and overall feel of the place is very dirty and musty. My husband and I walked into the room and decided to immediately leave, it was a very uncomfortable experience."

"Very tiny parking lot. Not good for trucks. Service is very good .. hot breakfast in the morning. Rugs all around need to be seriously cleaned. Ant problem in my bathroom."

"The staff was very helpful and courteous. The cont. breakfast had a good selections and was very peaceful. Had looked for the closest hotel to the hospital which it was right across from the hotel. It’s an excellent location for hospital stay and very close to downtown Ocala as well. Will surely visit again."

"I'll start by saying that the front desk was understanding & promptly refunded, but that was the only good thing. Photo is some kind of bug that was literally under the sheets on the mattress! Same bugs crawling all over bathroom. Smelled like mold throughout the building. Air conditioning was either not on or working in the hallways/lobby, making it very warm inside the hallways/lobby. Stains throughout on the rugs, inside & outside the room. Lock on door looked as if someone tried to pry it out at some point. Door inside room that would lead to next room, handle was loose. It's a horrible hotel. We left! Didn't stay & got another room 10mins up the road that was 1000 times better."
