"Tried to get a place with Matt. He showed me a home that had roaches everywhere, and cracked windows. He assured me they would be fixed. So my wife and I decided to go ahead and put in the application. I let him know that we had some credit issues due to student loans. He said that was fine and that we could just put down a larger deposit and took our application and a "fee". After waiting over a week and never once returning phone calls about status of application. They finally answered and said it was "denied". For credit reason. I asked him then why did he take our money and tell us it wouldn't be an issue. He didn't answer. They are just out to scam people. Their office in Ocala is looks like a episode of hoarders. Trash and garbage all over inside."
