"After my own dear Mother went home to the Lord, I had to decide where I wanted to spend the remainder of my life. I am a gypsy at heart and could have chosen any where in the world to live such as my old haunts in Indianapolis, Boston, England, Paris or Boca Raton, Florida. I have now lived at Mr. Ronald W. Wetherington's Fort King Manor since October 2011. Not only does Mr. Wetherington keep Fort King Manor in impeccable condition, it is truly the showplace of Ocala's prestigious Historic District. His garden, pool, fountains and statues are the view from my windows that is far superior to what I could have found in Paris or London. During the Christmas and holiday season, Mr. Wetherington pulls out all the stops and decorates with the best-in-Ocala white lights, candy cane lane, lighted wreaths and the effect is magical. Fort King Manor is quiet, safe and has pleasant neighbors who respect each other's privacy. Allow me to conclude by saying that in a world of strangers, Mr. Ronald W. Wetherington is a true gentleman who is thoughtful, kind and considerate. I am ever thankful and feel blessed to have such a remarkable and unique gentleman as my landlord. I always will call Mr. Ronald W. Wetherington's Fort King Manor home."
