"Highly NOT recommended. They Do Fix Or Replace Anything Just Patch It. **Tenant Service Is Horrible . {They Don’t Even inspect} landscaping/lawn Is Only Done 1 time a month as well as trash. Water pipes Leak (Nobody complained So Why fix it) The Base Boards are 3inches Off The Ground from where they snatched old carpet out n didnt replace them . I couldn’t Even matching burners for the stove. The FRONT DOOR LATCH Is loose From Being Broken Into (They Told Me just add Shims)"
