"I called about an apartment and they told me that there were actually two apartments available in the same complex right next to each other. They said hurry up because they’re going to go fast. I asked what the turnaround time was on applications and she said well about 3 to 5 days. We went and saw it right after work, filled out an application and went right down to their office first thing this morning and was told it was rented. So if you had somebody already why continue to show two different apartments? Just to keep getting $50 application fees when you know it’s already going to someone else??"

"These people are out of there minds just took over as property manager of our complex that was sold... they say upgrades ( mowing the lawn? ) our rent Which had just gone up with our previous owner... is now going up Again ( in 4 month) from 725$ to now 1,100 for one bedroom.. two bedrm was 875$ now 1500$. We are all soon going to be without a roof over our heads ..this is Unreasonable. Thank you very much DeSimone Real Estate.. After three years of living here peacefully ... and being able to afford the Rent at a reasonable rate.... NOW MYSELF AND FAMILY ARE HAVING TO RELOCATE... TO WHO KNOWS WHERE! THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR BASICALLY MAKING US HOMELESS ...and i work a Full Time job.... 40 hrs a week... i will never be able to afford a almost 400$ increase.. along with the very high electric that goes with this place... everyday.. the Electric company adds 2.75$ to your bill on top of your reg electric bill... weather you use your electricity or not! Most of the time the add on amount is more then My Electric Usuage itself... Lord Help Me..."

"If I could give ZERO stars, I would. This is the absolute worst property management company in the area. They don’t fix things, or they half fix things. The staff can be downright rude. Lived there for 6 years, and I would not recommend ANY of their properties to even to my worst enemy. To top it all off, I told them I’d be moving out on September 1st. The last week of August they went into my unit, disposed all my stuff, ripped out the carpet and started to paint. I lost $400 worth of aquarium supplies that someone tossed into the dumpster and shattered. Remember they did this BEFORE my move out date. Just do yourself a favor, their rents are cheap but you’ll will deal with nothing but headache during and after being a tenant with them."

"My family has been renting through Desimone for almost 4 years, and we’ve rarely had any issues. They’re very responsive to maintenance requests and can even be reached on the weekends, in case of an emergency. The apartments we live in are older, so there have been some problems over the years, but they’ve always been very quick to schedule repairs. Very kind, honest people. And a peaceful, quiet neighborhood."
