"This is seriously one of THE WORST places. Awful plumbing, yellow water, rude management, and no insulation. They're unmotivated and unreliable. So many issues that the low rent isn't even worth the trouble."

"I lived there from 2012-2015 and I loved it! It was super affordable, you have to get a window unit because there is no central air just heat. If you are on a budget or trying to save up to buy a house this is a decent place to live."

"I love my apartment and the manager is always willing to help you! We had a heat problem and they fixed it immediately because it was going to be so cold. As for the post about the people under him complaining.. it was 9:30 at night, we could hear every word to the songs and we have a five month old that couldn't sleep because of the noise. Not a reliable source."
