"The management is VERY racist. She takes her personal issues out on the people that live there and never be in office. She lied about receiving rent multiple times. Then we had MANY problems with appliances, like the stove and sink. Then our A/C vent started to leak like a faucet when it rain and out floors were soaked, then soon starting to stink. It was really hard living there and I would like to warn anyone before they make the mistake of moving in."

"I have been on a waiting list for over 2years now. Left messages whenever the answering machine would come on but most of the time you are unable to get through. You go to the office and it's closed most of the time. Not sure how they run their busy but there are people that applied after me and have gotten an apartment. Rumor has it "only the highest bitter" get in. If this is true, this is poor business and unethical in a lot of ways. I didnt even get my money back from the application fee. Like I was informed "if you don't get an apartment from us in a certain time frame, the application fee is refundable." Again this is not a good way to run business."

"I called the office wanting to know more info about this complex , the manager or landlord for them had a nasty attitude , very blunt and didn’t say much . People are out here trying to find a place to stay and all i was doing was asking questions trying to see if they had anything available . Not to mention I’ve been calling the office everyday since February of 2022 this is the first time today that anyone has ever picked up the phone .."

"Ok so everything was fine the first year But. Now the roaches have become a problem and some. Of our friends where called by management to move into a new apartment but one hour before that she kicked them out plus there is to many parties just move to carlton arms it’s way fancier"

"I have been living in the Green Gables Apts. now for 7 yrs. I have had no big issues with management at all. You need simply to make out a work release paper and drop it into the drop box and your problem, if any, will be fixed ASAP. The ONLY problem is some of the people management rent to are VERY noisy, play VERY loud music and don’t drive carefully in the parking roads. However, I LOVE it here and I feel SAFE living here! Thank you management for doing everything possible to keep this place neat & under control!"
