"This place is trash ! NONSTOP NOISE HEAVY TRAFFIC AREA Surrounded by noise and at midnight on Sunday night there’s music coming from all areas with heavy bass. There’s bright streetlights that the flimsy blinds don’t stop the light from coming in. I wouldn’t even give this place one star. The electrical outlet by the bed is loose and shorting out."

"Worst experience ever!! This is not a Hotel, not even an Hostel or Motel, it's just a Rooms for Rent. It takes guts to call'it an Hotel. You have no Services, cleaning it's your responsibility, Mitch is a very nice guy, but you have no services, no reception, no cleaning, no place for breakfast and as I heard the elevator it's on renovation for more than a year and will remain this way for long, you are staying in a Construction site, entry is a mess full with building materials, there is a very "clever" tour selling guy or girl at the entrance, selling you various tours that you can buy online for half a price. Dust and dirty everywhere, I honestly think that this "hotel" was not cleaned at all for years, since there's no Housekeeping service at all. Sheets are so old that now are almost yellow, AC it's working fine, but loud. In the night it's very loud from the streets, night life goes on until morning, no soundproof windows, delivery trucks or working operation can be easily heard from the bed. Dark hall during the day gives you a spooky feeling. The only "service" is that Mitch will empty your trash bin once a day, without changing the trash bag, and give you new washed towels if you let them on the ground near the room door. So if you agree with all this, you will stay at no more then 3 minutes from the Miami South beach, nice beach, and you will be in the middle of the Miami Beach Life. These are not just words, Photos can be provided anytime."

"I have know Mitch for abt 16 yrs and his hospitality is the best. Now it's not a 5 star hotel but the reason I love it the most is bc of location location and that's we're you can't go Wrong!!! This hotel is near everything and you can walk everywhere plus it's a safe place to stay. I come to Miami a lot by myself just for a getaway and a great suntan and i'm not coming to Miami to set up in a hotel, I come to lay at the beach, shop, eat and have a great time. The rooms are large and I can lay my luggage and clothes all over the place and don't feel cramp. The AC in the rooms stay icy cold for the heat outdoors."
