"this was the absolute WORST stay I’ve ever had. The rooms weren’t as advertised and there’s no service for the rooms (new towels, cleaning etc) . To make matters worse when we checked out I realized i accidentally left my rings that I just got as a birthday gift on this same vacation!! When I reached out to the air bnb I was told THEY HAVE MY RINGS but are refusing to ship them! All I want is my birthday present back idk why they are refusing but I would never stay here if I were you."

"DO NOT STAY WITH THEM!!! I was tricked by their Airbnb listing! They were listed as a rental unit, and it was actually this hotel. I saw several cockroaches in the room. They told us that they would bring insecticide, but they never came. My room was 135, but the emergency instruction was for 2nd floor, and I felt unsafe. They delete all the reviews that are not 5 stars on Airbnb, so they have a full 5-star review. They are a scam!!!!"
"This is specifically for anyone that is a light sleeper. AVOID this place at any cost if you are a light sleeper. The rooms are fine in itself but they have very thin walls because you can hear EVERYTHING. My neighbors literally played mediocre rap music the entire time after 12am and before 8am. They have 0 regards for anyone. Edit I also didn’t love the 5:45 am false fire alarm. Changing my score to a 1 now"
"I liked the hotel and the room but...FIX that front walk. Who ever thought it would be a good idea to put artificial turf over the exit door needs to think again. There is a concrete slab covered in turf and I stepped off and thought I had broken my rib when I fell. You need to make that drop off WAY more apparent."
