Reviews
"Service was good rooms are great location to Disney was even better. We stay here whenever we come down and it is always clean and friendly"
"The walls are very thin, I can hear people walking around upstairs, I can hear every door open and close nextdoor. Every time someone around me open their sliding door it sounds like thunder. Difficult to sleep when the folks nextdoor are being active in their place."
"I have reviewed The fountains which is the name of the resort. The main reason I rated the resort 2/5 was because of this building and guest services and room services were not very responsive and dismissive of concerns. If you want to see the full detailed review you can check out the resort review, I discuss the issues with this building and the disappointment."
"Nice resort, but NOT the luxury vacation spot they're trying to represent. May once been luxury back at the turn of the century, but maintenence has been applying the minimal lipstick to try and keep up."
"We are Blue Green Vacation Club members and would rather pay full price for another resort in Orlando than stay here again. The suite was not what we requested when we made the reservation a year ago. The response- " we'll what do you want me to do? We're full. " It was listed as fully handicap accessible but my wheelchair bound mother had difficulty getting in the suite due to furniture that couldn't be moved. She couldn't get to the master suite bathroom - the bed was too close to the door, and she couldn't rotate her chair. There was no shower curtain in the other bathroom. The shower curtain in the master suite was moldy. There was no fitted sheet for the sofa bed. The replies to the 3 calls (over a 5 hour span) to the front desk were: "we'll send it over when we can", "wasn't it already delivered?", and then "we don't have anyone to bring it over. You can walk up the hill to the main building and get it from the front desk yourself or wait until morning." That was at midnight. The water was warm, not hot, after more than 5 minutes running. There was an oily substance on the ironing board that would have ruined my dress clothes had my daughter not seen the shine. The entire suite was dirty- dust, mold, sticky floors and counters. There were palm tree fronds hanging over the balcony rail, making 1/3 of the deck unusable. We stayed here last year and the experience was very similar. We thought it might have been a fluke, but obviously not. The service, maintenance, and hospitality is appalling. We have stayed at other Blue Green resorts in Daytona, St. Augustine, and New Orleans. Those have all been high quality. This one in Orlando- "0 out of 10. Would not recommend.""
