"Arrived and found a half dead roach in the sink. Went out for dinner and came back to the room to discover that the toilet would not flush. Called and they said they could send maintenance between 9am-5pm the following day. Hmmm, where to use the bathroom? The pool perhaps? I suppose the plunger beside the toilet should have been a sign but that does not even work. Not impressed"

"It’s a two star property. Signs of pests as others have said. Signs of algae in the pool. No onsite staff other than housekeeping. Customer support number was inactive a lot of times. People would be sitting around the pool with their luggage trying to get access to their rooms. One of the four rooms smelled so heavily of mold we had to wash all our clothes including ones that stayed in the suit case. This is our last stay here."

"I had a wonderful experience during our four-day stay at Casa Cordova, located at 1441 Cordova Rd, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33316. We checked in on November 2nd for a four-night stay. Despite our early arrival at around 1:30 pm, coming directly from a cruise ship with five suitcases, the staff was accommodating. We reached out via text, and although the room wasn't initially ready, they prepared it before the standard 4 pm check-in time. The communication was excellent, and we received a message at 2:40 pm informing us that the apartment was ready. Upon entering, we were impressed with the cleanliness and spaciousness of the unit. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the hot water never ran out. The neighborhood felt safe, and amenities like a fully stocked Winn-Dixie supermarket 1.5 blocks away and a Publix supermarket 0.4 miles away made our stay convenient. The area is also surrounded by numerous restaurants and other essential services. I highly recommend Casa Cordova for a pleasant stay in Fort Lauderdale. Second Stay Returning to Casa Cordova for another short stay was as delightful as our initial four-day experience. Despite this being a shorter visit, the warmth of the service and the quality of the accommodation remained consistent. The room was impeccably clean, and the amenities continued to function flawlessly. The staff once again showcased their professionalism and friendliness, ensuring our comfort from check-in to check-out. We appreciated the convenience of the location, with nearby supermarkets like Winn-Dixie and Publix making it easy to grab necessities. Moreover, the abundance of dining options and essential services in the neighborhood further added to the comfort and ease of our stay. For anyone seeking a consistently excellent stay in Fort Lauderdale, I can confidently reaffirm Casa Cordova as an outstanding choice. The impeccable service, coupled with the comfort and convenience of the accommodations, makes it a top recommendation for anyone visiting the area."

"WARNING!! If you want to stay in a POS with people partying and passing out by the pool, not to mention what other illicit activities are going on here, then this is your place. I reserved a room and did a drive by within 2 hours of booking, called to cancel because this is clearly unfit for any families to stay at. They would not refund my booking and only provided a cancellation after clearly explaining their tenants were passed out from drinking/drugs around the pool. And… Casa Cordova- you can expect a daily review from me on all social platforms until you provide a refund. Here is one lovely photo of a gentleman passed out by the pool while the others were still partying in the corner. Do better and be better."

"We just extended our stay! Perfect for long term stays. The AC runs smoothly and is complemented by a powerful fan. Very well located with grocery/clothing stores, gym and restaurants nearby. We had an issue with the bed but got solved the next day by the maintenance crew. Very efficient. There's an affordable laundry room on site which is very convenient. The pool looks clean but haven't tried it yet. Every unit has it's own barbecue grill with fuel and wood chips to start it. The kitchen also has several grilling utensils. Loving the place and will be sad to leave."
