"One of the worst rooms I’ve ever stayed in, just an awful experience, the room was so filthy I slept on top of the covers and wouldn’t use the shower. The room smelled terrible, everything is outdated and broken thankfully we only stayed for 6 hours to sleep. When I saw the room I thought about just sleeping in the car, because being homeless felt like a better option. And after that they double charged our card! Now customer service is nonexistent and keeps hanging up! Fighting this now through the bank. I couldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy!"

"I had seen suspect reviews for this site, but due to the lower price, we thought we would try it on the night prior and night after our cruise. DO NOT be lured in by the price...this is probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed in...feet stick to the carpet, TV/Remote didn't work, hairdryer was broken, toilet paper holder off the wall, cord for the in-room telephone was broken, lobby toilets out of order, ATM out of order, (AC was good), very dirty lobby, stair wells, etc. I wish I had taken photos to post as the number of items broken, dirty is hard to get an appreciation for. In addition to the conditions, the lobby clerk was very rude, not only to us, but to others waiting. A very bad experience. I feel bad giving a 1 * rating but it doesn't give 0 * as a choice."

"Do not recommend this hotel. I saw on a Google search that they had an airport shuttle which apparently they haven’t had for 2 years. When we got to our room, the room smelled strongly of weed and the carpet turned our feet and socks black. The walls were thin, so we could hear everything. Curtains were dirty and overall, one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Book somewhere else!!"

"Man at the front desk was very nice, welcoming and informative. The rooms themselves were not awful. I travel a lot and get cheap motels when I really just need a rest from long drives and have unfortunately stayed in some really gross places that seemed decent online, so this one wasn't too bad considering. But there were blood stains on the carpet and curtains that they should have taken the time to clean or replace. The mattresses are on a platform that slides which was weird and inconvenient. Also the TV did not work. I called the front desk and they "instructed" me how to fix it which still didn't solve the problem. After a long 2 days of travel I was looking forward to relaxing and watching a show before bed instead of sitting in silence. I wish they would have offered to fix the TV or move my room since you're paying for a room with a TV you should get a room with a working TV. Overall the room was in good shape (minus the stains) and employees were friendly (minus the lack of help with the tv) didn't have much noise outside the room from other guests which can sometimes be a problem. I do feel $90/night was a bit much for not having a TV."

"Honestly wasn't the worst but definitely wasn't the best. Check in was easy and wasn't too terribly far from the airport but was further than expected. Would have appreciated a shuttle service but we figured it out without this hotel having one. Had a nice pool area in the center which was nice and sunny and pretty clean. The beds weren't the most comfortable and were too small for the flat slippery platforms they sat on so I was constantly kicking the side as I got up or sat down on the bed. Not to mention the beds would slide around very easily. The bathroom wasn't horrible but I was disgusted to see a few bugs crawling around so that wasn't very pleasant. The room also wasn't completely sealed which was fine but is something to keep in mind. Overall, I definitely won't be coming back to this hotel unless we absolutely need to."
