"A rare find but loved this place. Heads up this is not a real hotel. It is a apartment complex that you either go through the Sonder hotel app to book or go through arbnb. Going through Sonder was cheaper and you have standard hotel rules instead of airbnb host rules. This location is great. Right down town in Orlando, with no human interaction to check in lol. My only advice is if this is a last min you will have to contact sonder to give you the check in details asap."

"It would've been great most likely if I was able to stay but I could NOT. I booked my reservation at midnight last night and woke up to it being cancelled this morning by Sonder because of a planned "party". I understood very clearly that no parties are to be thrown and if so, extra fees would be applied which I AGREED TO. So they assumed I was throwing a party because I booked the apartment from the 21-23. My birthday is on the 22nd which they knew from the scan of my ID. So not only did they assume I was going to throw a party and be irresponsible, they took my money and I have to wait a week to book elsewhere. How do you take my money instantly and then say "JK. You actually can't enjoy yourself here". Who is supposed to be booking these listings from y'all???? It's DOWNTOWN. Ages from 18-30 are down there partying all week, OUTSIDE. I don't think its fair for you guys to TAKE my money, and less than 24hrs cancel because you matched my ID with the dates I booked for?? So If I had booked from the 25th-28th it would've been okay? Now I have to wait a week until my money comes and book elsewhere!"
