"On the first night we had to take a cold shower. On the second night I had to insist on changing rooms so we wouldn't have to take a cold shower again. Housekeeping and cleaning do not exist in the rooms. The maid took away our dirty towels and didn't replace them. The breakfast was very poor, the same things every day and they didn't replace them unless we asked. Everything was old. The hotel was under renovation and nothing was working properly. They are definitely not prepared to receive guests."

"Old hotel in the process of being updated by a penny pinching corporation. They painted and replaced carpets but the 1970's furniture remains Beds are OK, quiet, good location to all parks, half the price of any hotel in the area. Old underwater in the lamp, pool is closed. Good breakfast first morning but the 2nd they ran out of food and closed it early. Not enough parking. Not a bad choice if you're trying to save money."

"Not as bad as others think. Guy that checked me in at a folding table was pleasant. Room was clean, quiet. FREE Breakfast was sufficient. So what's the big deal, there was construction on the ground floor. It's the cheapest place in the area and worth it. I've stayed in much worse for more money. . Going back in February"

"The location was the only thing good about this room. We stayed for 2 nights in December - we were supposed to stay for 3. The first night I overlooked the terribly stained sofa bed (and had my 2 teens share a bed) and how dirty everything was. I attributed it to the renovation but the tile floors were dirty and the bathroom was also filthy. In the middle of the night when I went to the bathroom, I found roaches on the wall and at the bathroom sink. I told the staff person the next morning at breakfast. I was assured it would be taken care of it was downplayed. We had a very early and long day at Disney so I didn't think of it again. That night we again encountered about 20 roaches in the bathroom on the wall and at the sink. I immediately started packing up our things - I was not willing to stay another night. First thing in the morning I went and talked to the front desk person who told me the manager would come to talk to me. We waited and waited for the manager to come talk to us as we waited for a ride. We were planning to take my son out for his birthday at Dave and Busters nearby but instead ended up packing up our room and waiting for transportation. I went to the "front desk" (a table in the kitchen area in the lobby) and the manager NEVER came to talk to us. I was told by the front desk that the only way the manager, Adriana, communicates is through email and she would email but I was ASSURED I would not be charged for the night we didn't stay. *We WERE charged for 3 nights even though we stayed 2 and left by checkout time. * It's been over a week now and still no response from emails to the hotel, management, the Best Western survey, etc. That totally ruined our son's bday - having to find another hotel in the middle of the day and finding transportation. We spent most of the day doing that. On top of that, there was NO internet the whole time - we were given lots of different excuses from different front desk employees plus the breakfast was horrible. The kitchen area was very dirty and dusty and the food was subpar (at best). The "clean towels" in the room smelled absolutely horrible - like a fast food/greasy type of smell. I'm not sure they were even clean. Don't ruin your vacation staying here! I am only hoping that I didn't bring home any roaches in my bags."

"The hotel room beds were not comfortable and the washroom bathtub was rusty with the shower had hardly any pressure. The toilet did not fully flush properly and we would need to lift the flusher for the water to rise back up. The housekeeping did not speak English and would take away most of the towels we needed so every evening we would have to go to the Main Reception to ask for our towels again. Than the one evening my daughter fell off the bed and got some blood on the sheets and comforter and we had told the Front Reception to replace the sheets and comforter, this did not happen and had to ask again and than they replaced the sheets and took the comforter but did not replace the comforter so had to ask again to get a comforter. The Complimentary breakfast was ok, didn’t enjoy the lady that kept eyeing everyone on what they took. As my husband was helping to grab food for our kids to bring to the room so was grabbing extra and the lady who was in charge of the food would be staring at him. The one type of sausages they served were quite dry. The location of the hotel is very close to Disney and other Theme parks so that is the only thing. It does have a mini kitchen with a full fridge which was nice when we needed to have our beverages cold or reheat any leftover food. We didn’t end up doing any cooking since we were out for all the days at Theme parks. The price was decent for what you get. I would not stay here again and rather stay at the Best Western than SureStay by Best Western as not the same in terms of the rooms."
