"this hotel sucks. the shower water was grey, murky, and stank. the bathroom reeked of mold, and there was pee and ants in the beds. the air conditioning was constantly making banging noises and turning off and on. there is no valet parking and parking is $10/day. the only v good thing about this hotel was the pool & food. it is nice outside, with 2 pools and 2 hot tubs. there is a nice small bar with good food outside, but that’s it. overall WOULD NOT book this hotel. the only reason i stayed is because of a 5 day long cheer competition trip, where the whole team had to stay."

"Stayed there with my family just about 1 week ago for about 3 days. But we stay here almost every year from December-January. The hotel is amazing as always, it never fails to disappoint. The rooms are always so nice, luxurious, and clean. The decor and style of many complexes are just great too, and the sofa bed was extremely comfy. The area is nice as well considering the location is close to plenty shops, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. And the amenities that come with the hotel are just amazing too (Barbeques, Market place, gyms, pools, a sauna & steam room, arcades, etc.). And just the scenery is nice as it mixes urban with beautiful nature with various plants & fauna, and such beautiful waters filled with tons of fish and other life. Can't wait to come back soon. Thanks so much Sheraton for making my family and I feel at home!"

"Definitely a decent property to visit in general. No major issues at all, just a few small things that could be fixed. I was supposedly staying in their “new” building, but I am a little concerned to picture their old building as the building I was in and was fine, but a little outdated. The check in staff was a novice, who seemed to lack effort. I had requested the top floor, was given floor 3 and told it was the top floor. It was a 5 floor building. Anyway, the presentation offered was far longer than the advertised 90 minutes, but was worth it for the gift. A few rusty cabinet handles, but the room was very reasonable. I would definitely come back to this property if it was a decent price and a “new” room."

"Great experience through the Sheraton Villas Vacation Club! We stayed 4 nights in a 2 bedroom villa. The landscaping and care exceptional for a 4-star resort. The food offering was limited but very good. The size of the room was great and overall amenities great. Service was best around. Also, an ideal location for activities nearby!"

"Vistana holds a very special place in my heart. My parents have owned a time share since I was in high school. Consequently, I've vacationed there many times, bringing my children several times over the years. My kids are now in college. This past visit was very nostalgic as I reflected on the many family vacations. Besides beautiful family orientated rooms, its location is perfect for easy access to outlets and Disney. The grounds are quiet, nature filled and family friendly. The pools are beautiful and there is something for all ages."
