"My experience at the Hyatt House was incredible, the rooms were very clean and tidy, the place was very cozy and the employees were very friendly. The breakfast food and the staff are very good, especially Emilly, who was part of the staff that we saw every morning and always treated us with love and kindness, she was very nice at all times and without a doubt she is one of the best employees in the Hyatt House. The pool was always warm and comfortable to swim in, it was an amazing experience."

"We stayed only for 1night but this is the first time I would have liked to extend our stay. The room and the bathroom were actually clean. We stayed in a double queen room with a pull out couch. The room was also very spacious. Definitely was spacious enough for the 4 of us compared to a regular hotel room. And my favorite part was that we could actually sleep in peace. It was so quiet. Loved it! Will definitely stay here again when we plan our next Universal Studios trip."

"We like this hotel. A quick walk to universal (15 min) very friendly staff and helpful. Emily in the breakfast area was always pleasant and helpful. Breakfast itself is not the best but it’s fine and free.Rooms are nice, pool And poolside are great. Very responsive to requests. We felt very secure here. Love it and would definitely stay again"

"Hyatt house was clean, safe and had a good breakfast. The staff were professional and the amenities were as described. The pool was a little too cold for our liking and the store was overpriced but there's a convenience to it. Having coffee/tea for guests in the lobby outside of breakfast hours would be a bonus. Our room was the bunk suite. The bathroom had no fan which was a terrible oversight for a small space. The laundry was convenient but again overpriced at $5 per wash and per dry. We had to dry the clothes after 50 mins with a hair dryer in the closet because they will still really damp. Parking at $18 per day wasn't ideal because there are no lots around the area to find cheaper. The shuttle was also booked all week to Universal, something they should really tell you at check in if you're looking to take advantage of the service. Our phone receiver didn't work and maintenance checked it out in a timely manner. Guests all seemed on the up and up. The area was safe. Construction nearby but you never heard it. The beds were comfy, the pillows were standard size for the king bed which made them seem small. The bunk beds didn't come with a duvet but thin waffle knit blankets."

"I had a great experience. This is a very affordable hotel with excellent location. It’s an easy 20 minute walk to Universal Studios or you can take an Uber for $10-$15 one way. The rooms were very clean and although they weren’t anything special, they were cozy and a decent size. The breakfast was great and free - the best part. I think some of the negative reviews are meant for the Hyatt Place NOT the Hyatt House as they’re side by side and look similar. The rooms are cleaned every other day however ours was not cleaned upon check out (3 nights) which wasn’t a huge issue for us but may be for others. The bar is very nice and staff were friendly! I will definitely be staying here again and highly recommend."
