"The Dentist Place has a great staff. They are all professional and work well together. My Hygienist, Denise, made it a very pleasant experience for me getting x-rays and cleaning my teeth. She was very happy to answer any of my questions. My Dentist was so pleasant explaining everything that she found with my exam. She answered all of my questions. Carol, the Receptionist was told by my Insurance Company that they were not in Network. She called until she reached the right person to confirm that they were in network, infact she gave me information that was not on my insurance card that was necessary for future Dental visits."

"From the minute I walked in to leaving nothing but the best professionally. Everyone was very personable and I didn't even have to ask about procedures they explained very easily without making you feel uncomfortable. Just moved here and this is the best place for all dental procedures. 10 outta 10, I do recommend."

"Nice people but unorganized. More than once after confirming appointments I was told when I arrived that they had been trying to contact me to reschedule, although I had no texts after confirming the same morning & no missed calls on my phone. Huge turnover of staff. Have only had the same hygienist once & 4 different dentists in 3 years. Received numerous texts asking me to call regarding my account but when I call nobody knows why since texts are generated outside their office. Will likely be finding a new dentist office in the future."

"My mom needed an emergency appointment due to pain in the front of her mouth. She was a new patient at the time and they got her right in. They quickly established a plan to pull the problem teeth and got her a flipper. They have been amazing in the care of my mother. She had an issue with the flipper needing adjustment and they got her in the same day to correct it. I highly recommend this practice and am forever grateful for the care, compassion and communication from this office!"

"TRULY PROFESSIONAL and PLEASANT DENTIST OFFICE. I am not coerced in any way to leave this review, but I must agree with all the positive feedback. The front office staff very professional in their demeanor-all the way from opening the door for and eye contact with you as they ask how your day is from the start. I was brought back in a timely manner to the exam room and had x-rays done quickly. Everything was explained and done as a pertains to what my insurance covered. No up-charges and surprises here. The dentist was a very kind, Dr. Greenwald. I got the sense that she wanted to help me rather than try and charge as much as possible like most dentists I’ve been to. This is a very well put together Office."
