"Don't recommend! My son was taken back for x-rays and was gone for a long time w/o my knowledge he had a cleaning and dental exam while I was waiting for him to be done with xray. They were surprised the parent wanted to be with her child! The dentist told me he had 6 cavities and needed 4 filled and were happy to give nitrous. Day of surgery they won't let me near him anywhere so I left. Something wasn't right. A couple days later a woman called from there and said everything except the words cps but insinuated that she would contact hi. If he wasn't seen soon. Well I got him seen at a place where I was more than welcomed with my child. His dentist found nothing on xray or visual.HE HAS 0 CAVATIES! THEy WANTED TO DRUG AND DRILL MY KID FOR NO REASON! BEWARE!!!!"

"As of now, I'm in serious pain with an abscess tooth, trying to get someone to answer the phone and address my problem is next to impossible. I spent 45 mins. calling, 4 different times I called and pushed different numbers to get someone to answer and finally I got through to billing (which is not what I wanted but had to talk to someone) and she directed me back to one of the numbers I had pushed earlier only to get an automated message saying(sorry we are unable to take your call at this time) I left name and number and message. To no avail, here I am still in pain and no help."

"nurse practioner. Cristen Cox wasn't patient with my daughter she was more focus on chatting instead of assessing the patient. She was definitely in the rush she asked me was there anything else when I started talking she stated it's getting late make another appointment we can discuss my daughter concerns. I don't think she enjoyed working with African American children. I will definitely call my insurance to switch up. Dr Teresita was the best im not sure why they switched me with someone else that has no clue of prioritize your patient first. She needs to assess the patient first instead of typing like a coding specialist. Chart afterwards. Show more professionalism. If she has no answer don't send parents to place other appointments parents are busy. Hope the facility provide nurse practioner cristen Cox a medical book"

"If I could give ZERO STARS I would! This place is a joke, front receptionist when you first walk in is rude and condescending and argumentative! She first tried to tell me I already had an appointment for the end of the month, which I didn’t, went on to argue about it, only to find out I was right and it was an appointment that the office canceled and never called me back for! I’m given paperwork to fill out, which I did and politely set on the desk, that she left unattended. Just to have her come back with an attitude and a tone to ask if I was done with my paperwork! She was nothing but rude, telling me “Well you need to give it to her in the middle”! Well maybe if I was told that to begin with I clearly would’ve, instead of wasting my time with someone who’s just rude and unprofessional ! I also kept being told over and over I can only be seen for a dental emergency as I’m considered a new patient, and they’re not taking new patients, which I kept telling this lady multiple times it is an emergency as I wouldn’t come all the way here to sit for hours and waste my time! HOF you all need to get your act together, stop hiring rude, self entitled people who don’t know how to interact with the public! Manage your medical and dental office better, show patients some empathy and respect and treat them as you want to be treated and not some damn dollar sign!"
