"Don’t take your children here! Let me start by saying that my children had been attending this practice for over 10 years. I chose this place because parents were allowed to go back with their children. On top of that, the had a very low employee turn over. So the hygienists knew my children and were so kind. All of that has changed since the pandemic. They stopped letting parents go back. Even though my children have documented disabilities and require my presence. This is a huge ADA violation. The other, more serious issue, is that they referred one of my children for sedated dental surgery for NO REASON. We went through the process of sedation only for the doctor to come out and inform us that my child and NO cavities, and no other issues. They could do a cleaning while the child was under and put a sealant on the adult teeth. They did pull on tooth that was about ready to come out. Another tooth fell out while they were removing the bite block. That experience was traumatic for my child. I believe they referred the child because the hygienist couldn’t do their job and listen to the child’s needs. They put my child at risk for their lack of professionalism and care. Don’t bring your child here."

"Everyone in the back is great, so it took less than 10 minutes for the procedure. But when waiting to just get an excuse for School and their are 3 people sitting at their Computers. And you hear a conversation from 2 of them deciding what to do !!! Well, help get the others in the waiting area out and on their way instead of having them sit their for 45 minutes like I did , Then I went up and said something . Boom, it wasn't 2 minutes that someone else helped out, and I was on my way out of there .!!!!!!"

"Tell you to get there 15 minutes before your appointment then you will wait at least an hour after your appointment before you get seen. And the lady at checkout is rude and quiet ignorant. Heard her tell kids "you need to move and get out of my way" instead of a nice excuse me."

"Not sure why people give this place a bad review, they're great with kids, especially ones that are nervous. They take liberty dental, most in the area don't or they really are terrible places. The staff here are very nice and fast. I never sit longer than 30 minutes. My son came in with 2 broken front teeth from having his face smashed into concrete by a bully and they did the impossible by doing a crown to form new teeth for him perfectly when no other dentist wanted to touch him because he was so young. My daughter had a slight chip in one of her teeth and they fixed that too! I've been to several terrible dentist! This place is no where near terrible!"

"This place is a joke! I've had my kids here for a few years and all they seem to want to do is x-rays and cleanings. They find cavities and then it takes months to get an appt for actual treatment. My son just waited 6 months for his treatment appt. They finally got him in there and then accused him of being "hysterical" and rescheduled him for an appt with gas. The day they set up didn't work for me as I had to work so I called and rescheduled, they said no problem we will see him on Monday instead. They then call me yesterday to confirm his appt for XRAYS AND A CLEANING again! Kerry called me back after I told the first lady that wasn't what he was suppose to be seen for. Kerry was EXTREMELY rude and argued with me every bit of the conversation. Made it sound like I was the one with miscommunication like it was my fault somehow and said his treatment appt wouldn't be until 2024! I strongly advise people to steer clear of this dental office."
