"This office WAS amazing prior to 2020. Dr. Adrianna Rick is fantastic with the kids and knowledgeable. Staff was professional and friendly. Scheduling was a breeze. Parent(s) were able to enter with their child/children, as it should be, to answer any questions the doctor/assistant may have. Also, and most importantly, for parent peace of mind for their child's safety. I wouldn't trust any office where I couldn't accompany my young children to the treatment area. Well, this is not the case anymore (2020-2024) Not sure what happened or if someone else is running the show but it is very unfortunate. Parents are not allowed to go in with the children, no matter how young they are, they schedule your appointment without your input and just hand you an appt card with the date and time set by them. Because you are not allowed in the treatment area you are unaware of the childs treatment and what was actually done and any new diagnosis. You just have to take their word for it. It's just a mill. I ABSOLUTELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this office for your children."

"Loved Dr. Adriana! My son is 7 and this was his first visit to the dentist. I’ve been hesitant to take him because he is Autistic and ADHD but they were so patient and kind and made he feel very comfortable."

"Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. They are adamant about not having you go back with your kids, which would be tolerable except you never get accurate information. I took my kids here for regular X-rays and cleanings, only to find out there was a cavity they never told me about. My child now has to have a root canal and crown done. When I asked them why I was not told and a treatment plan wasn’t set up the response was “I don’t know what happened, it’s not in the notes”"
