"I was late to my appointment by 7 min. I had trouble navigating the kiosk and in turn, made me late and it said to see the receptionist to finish checking in. So I did only to get told I didn't sign in on the kiosk. I scanned my licence and even had to log out. How did I not check in. They denied me once again. Said I was a no show and clearly was there."

"This is my second 1 star review. At our appointment the doctor said she would send out referrals for a barrage of things. After a mental heath episode and no referral contact made I called the doctor to see what was going on and ask for another referral to be sent in. The man for reception told me I had to come in for another appointment in order to get referral since we hadn't been in for a few months. I explained to him I had already been in for these same referrals I had asked for. He told me that I wasn't understanding how it worked. I again explained we had already been in for referrals and was just calling to get feedback on referrals status. He continued to argue with me until I eventually told him we wpuld find care else where."

"Love my primary care PA. She always takes the time to listen and provide the very best care and referrals if required. I have never been healthier and have found the answers to many long term issues. The pharmacy is delightful and has been very reasonable in cost. Thank you HOF!"

"I've been taking my kids to heart of fl since 2012. The staff is amazing there. They have a wonderful Pediatrician, Dr Ribay, that takes her time to listen to any concerns you may have and gives the kids proper care and treatment. She is very kind and throughrough and I wouldn't take my kids anywhere else. Kathleen Dibble is an amazing Nurse practioner. She has helped both of my children out with their ODD and anxiety disorders and listens to all of the concerns. She communicates well and takes the time to listen to how my kids are feeling. I understand they have multiple providers at this location, but we've always received the best treatment there. Yes, it can get busy at times so just make sure you set time aside for your appointments."
