"Ridiculously bad phone customer service. I called with literally 1 question and was put on hold to go find out the answer, and I hung up after 10 mins. I called back, thinking maybe there was a disconnect of some sort. She answered and placed me on hold before I could say anything and I waited another 7 mins and then gave up. A simple, I’m sorry I forgot, or, I’m waiting for the nurse, etc… would have been nice. No wonder this place only has 3 stars. I’d rather go sit in an ER for a 2 min procedure than go here."

"I found the staff to be very professional, and friendly. They answered all my questions very patiently. The Triage Nurse was very thorough. I was extremely pleased to find the doctor actually listened to what I had to say. If you are not feeling well, I would certainly recommend them."

"I went to Express Care of Ocala because my lawyer referred them to me. I went on Monday, December 11. The front desk receptionist were great. However, the lady in triage Latasha Williams needs a customer service training. He hold demeanor is terrible. The way she talks to people is just down right rude. I answered her questions in a short tone because my body was in pain and she was just ignorant. I went to get my medication today Tuesday, December 12, 2023. They did not have any of the proscriptions. Come to find out she had me being not in 1951, when I told her 71. So she tells me, I’ve changed it, you can go get it now. I said well wouldn’t you need to give them another script with the correct information? She said, “Well I’ll call them but if I don’t call you back that’s because I am working. I can’t just say I’ll call you back. She is extremely unprofessional and if they get rid of her, the place will be much better. I will give them a 5 star! Everyone else in the build was excellent. Apparently Latasha is not happy with life so she is just down right rude to others. People go there because they are sick and she’s acting so ignorant. Mental health is real."
