"Exceptionally unprofessional office. Was recommended this office for a visa. Initial meeting was a rosey delivery: quick turn around for the visa, little more than the retainer fee were the promises. After paying the retainer fee the tune changed. Timeline changed from 3-6 months to 18-24 months. Plus a few thousand dollars more at the least. In three separate meetings with this firm not once was a lawyer present for any of the meetings. Only a paralegal was present. Most responses from the paralegal to my questions were "I'll have to ask the lawyer and get back to you". Why am I paying lawyer hourly fees to speak with a paralegal that can't answer basic immigration questions? At best, just a shady practice that preys on needy victims, at worst there probably needs to be an ethics investigation by the Florida Bar."
