"Very rude and useless staff. I arrived at 6:40pm to make a copy and the guy told me that they close at 7pm, I looked at my watch and noticed that it was still 20 minutes away from closing. I told him it's 6:40pm and he just walked away. There is also a huge lady at the copy center who pretends there is nobody around so she doesn't have to do anything."
"Purchase of an Office desk (165 lb box) and store pick up. Store manager Yvens was very helpful during purchase and made arrangements the same day for pickup at 1:30 pm when store delivery truck employee was there. I came back and they carefully loaded large desk box in my SUV, and box was in excellent condition. Great Service!!"
"I entered the store early today to get several documents printed on a particular paper. The so-called manager “Ray” refused to assist me as a customer because he said he had online orders to complete. I emphasized the fact that I was in the store and that I should get some priority as I was physically in the store. He answered, “No, the online customers have already paid, plus you can use the self-service machine.” His answer and unwillingness to assist clearly depict his work ethic and poor attention to customer service."
"I was just at the store, I needed 2 rubber stamps made. There are 2 lines, The self help line and the need assistance line. I went to the need assistance line the 2 employees working behind the counter had me do it myself, I never used the program that they had me use to type up what I needed the stamps to say, it was not like any other programs I have ever used before. Several times, I asked for help, and they were so rude to me that I didn't know how to use their system. I walked out very angry, went home and read the reviews as I planned to write this review, after reading all the other reviews, I think this store needs to be closed down, they do not care, I will never go back there again. "I absolutely loved Office Depot. But, the Office Depot in Cape Coral, off of Pine Island Rd. has a rude manager. He was rude to a customer in front of many customers. This was unwarranted, unnecessary, and uncalled for. Although, this manager holds great employees and it’s a great store, he has tainted the stores image. I have been a customer of Office Depot since 1996, and my membership number has nine digits. The copy machines require a 10 digit number for its use. It was not taking my membership number due to that requirement. The associate that was assisting me suggested for me to open a new membership. I felt that was not an option for that would forfeit on my reward points. The associate then logged in for me and allowed me to use the copy machine, and he did suggest that he would make the copies for me. But, I insisted on making the copies myself. The manager treating the customer as indicated above the way he did just made me feel very ill about going back to that store. The customer entered and was on the line waiting. The manager approached her and asked what type of business she would be conducting? She said that she would send an email to the associate to print up the job. The manager stated that it would have to be put in and picked up on a different day. The customer stated that she has never done that in the past. She has always waited for the material she needed printed. She stated that she has done this for five years. The store was not very busy. There was only one customer in front of her. The manager insisted that this was not going to be done at that moment. The customer stated that she was not going to do it that way. She would continue to do it the way she has done it for the past five years. The manager said it will not be happening in his store today. The manager was getting louder and ruder. The customer subsequently walked out leaving the store. This made me angry to see, that he did this to this woman! I should of put it on video for your review. He should be fired."
