"After spending almost $15k on a sectional, I would be remiss if I didn’t give a honest review. We purchased our couch from the Pensacola store. La-Z-Boy offered the look and flexibility of what we were looking for so we pulled the trigger. When our first (majority of pieces) order came, the metal connecting parts were bent and the delivery guys had no idea what to do besides unbox and move the couch pieces and leave. In addition, our corner piece is flat with little cushion with very worn looking leather in the seat while another piece (recliner) has shiny leather that doesn’t match the other pieces. I was told to buy at once so the pieces match. This was untrue. We made a second order a year later to complete our needs of the sectional. This time we bought a non recliner to lay down without the recline handle digging in our side. The piece was about two inches taller then the pieces next to it. We tried to lower the adjustable feet and the screw was cross threaded so after my very angry husband got his all his tools out to fix it, it still remains a little higher than the others but with use I think it will be fine. Lastly, the salesman would never call us for updates, we called several times and a nice person would tell Is he would call back and never did. In short, save your time and money. The return of your investment is not worth the money you’ll spend."
