"I don't go out and shop much but I'm putting together a (very) last minute fit for a Mardi Gras float and Jade ( I'm almost sure that was their name) and everyone at the fitting rooms was so incredibly warm and accommodating. "Lots of things out of stock constantly, cashiers take eons to ring you up, or wait in line forever for self checkout, and half the time I put in a pick up order it doesn’t get processed for hours and hours and they refuse to answer the phone. Today I placed a small pickup order over 4 hours ago and it has not been completed, and I keep getting hung up on when I call to talk to someone. Last time this happened they acted like they never even received the order and all I got was an “oops , sorry”"
