I went in to get a radio installed and met a guy named Alfredo who was very kind, very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable with my decision and my purchase. We set up an installment for my speakers, my radio and my back up camera . When I arrived at my appointment, Alfredo was there to greet me, and I met a guy named Will . Will was sweet and very knowledgeable as well . Him and Alfredo Work well together, and did an amazing job, these two guys are gonna be my go to from now on if you need anything done to your vehicle when it comes to car radio or any kind of installments these guys are the ones to look for best experience ever at Best Buy. "I’ve been going to Best Buy since 1997. Me and my wife have spent thousands of dollars on TVs sound improvements and stereo equipment. We recently purchased a Garmin GPS Drive Smart 66 for our motor home. It’s a nice store clean bathroom’s but one thing that bothers me is Best Buy not valuing long term customers anymore. Last year they decided there was no need for premier customers? You basically get this rating for loyalty, how long and how much money you have spent over the years. So it’s interesting to me that they don’t value long term loyalty customers. They also don’t do free setup. Luckily we bought 2 60 inch Sony Bravia 5k TVs and Sony sound bars the year before they sent us they were no longer having premiere customers and they did have free setup. That was a lot of money we could have spent anywhere else. They still have great selection of audio tv gaming pc’s and appliances. I will review the Garmin Smart Drive 66 after our trip to South Carolina!"
