"I have to admit; I patronize Walmart more than I like because they have some things I need at good prices. I would rather Winn Dixie or Publix, but in this day and time, We, working Americans everywhere, must tighten our budget. So, when looking for bargains, if a Walmart shopping trip provides my total needs at a cheaper price, Walmart is it. However, there are some things I will not buy at Walmart: fresh meats are a no no. I have purchased their roast and by far Winn Dixie out shines them by 100%. I purchased a chuck roast there, and it never got tender. I tried their roast a second time with same results. One of the things I pride myself on is my ability to cook. My family threw most of those roast in the trash.i was able to salvage some by preparing a pot of stewed potatoes with onions and the leftover roast. I must give them credit for having a large variety of merchandise and when other stores do not have, Walmart generally does. Walmart no longer tries to compete. They set their prices not worrying about the consumer or even the employees. The trend now is self-checkouts and they don't have to compete for the business."
"The pharmacy services are wonderful. I was in and out and the workers were very kind to me. Went in today to get my prescription filled. Because I am not in my home state, my insurance wouldn’t cover the price. Mrs. Donna the pharmacy technician helped me get a lower price with the GoodRx coupons."
"Update: This Walmart isn’t what it was when I moved here. The store was very full of staff, however, there was still large gaps in the product selection. I went to the technology section, no one to help, and no use in pressing the button as nobody came. The prices have gone up to the point where it’s comparable to any other store. I would only go there if you no other choice. Previous review: Overall very good experiences. They are fairly clean on the inside and normally in stock with most items. It’s been a couple years since I started using them and the service stays consistent!"
"This is a beautiful hidden secret... close enough to the water, but far enough away. Serenity and tranquility are all I can say. The staff is pleasant. And the trails are absolutely wonderful. Nothing crazy, just nice for pictures, and to see the creatures in their natural habitat."
