"The pick up line is always very long and most of the time the app doesn't let you check in. When you call, they won't answer, so you have to flag someone down to check you in. The grocery pick-up used be very convenient. Some of the produce they pick is not fresh and is nearly spoiled."
"I’ve been to curbside 3 times now and every time spent over an hour waiting.. manager came out and told me “you have your order now, what do you want me to do about it?” RUDE cars get here after I’ve checked in ( directly through app) and get their groceries before I do. Pitiful service and pitiful management."
"This is not my favorite Walmart in Pensacola but it has gotten drastically better in the past year. My main problem I have here is parking as it’s very tight and stressful avoiding other vehicles. It’s also not the cleanest place I’ve been to but like I said I have seen a big improvement here over the past year so I’m hoping they can keep improving."
"Ordered an online pickup order and was notified it was ready for pickup up at 1048 am, scheduled for 1100. I arrived at the store and checked in 1056 am. I sat through two complete cycles of people in the pickup spots before my order was brought out at 1155. This is unacceptable and not the first time this has happened. When we are able to use other Walmart locations orders are almost always brought out with ten minutes of check in. I assumed this issue was fixed due to the huge renovation of the pickup area but I was wrong."
"This WM has some serious pricing issues. I scanned items that I was gonna purchase & all of them were higher than the listed price. This WM is being remodeled. Many items were empty. Still no excuse for wrong pricing. Iams dog food rang up $29.98, and the sign clearly is $19.28 I scanned 5 other dog foods & they were not what was posted. I only purchased items I needed that scanned as posted. I advise everyone to scan as you pick up an item to make sure it is posted correctly."
