"Zero stars for a laughably bad offer on $500 brand new leather boots, 5 stars on good deal I scooped myself while in store. Would probably just come here as a buyer myself in future"
"I was debating writing this review or not for awhile, I used to shop here pretty often and i’ve been going less and less because i’ve noticed a decline in the store. The last few times i’ve been there it’s been difficult to get help and when i can find an employee to help me they seem to be annoyed they have a job to do. Multiple times over my last few visits i’ve gone to checkout with girls behind the counter and waited at the register for 5 minutes or more even after trying to wave somebody down once. I’ve lost hope for this store and its management. No employee looks to be out of high school and it reflects in how the store is ran."
"I don’t typically post a review but this was one experience that was just awful. I have sold at Plato’s closet for years in texas and have never had a problem. This one, the employees just seemed bothered that i walked in with 2 bags. And then the stuff they took and what they offered me for it was even worse. I just wanted to laugh and say are you serious. But i didn’t i simply paid for the 2 items i got and left. I will not be returning to this store."
