"Trying get phone number great way furnishing"
"I was with buddy’s for a while, always mad my payment on time, NEVER had ANY issues with them. Flash forward and great way takes over… Again, my payments are directly withdrawn from my account, NEVER been late. Last week I called in explaining that I was unable to make the payment and worked it out for me to make 2 payments the following week on Friday. I call in today (Thursday) to make the payment and have been attached with late fees. I was unaware of this because I had a conversation a week prior with a gentleman that worked it out for me because I’ve ALWAYS been in good standing. The gentleman I spoke with today was EXTREMELY rude and was basically like tough luck. Needless to say I will NEVER use them in the future because of the way this guy spoke to me."
