"If you love cruckaraches this is the place to go. If you walk in the room without any shoe or flip flops you will notice how dirty the floor is. The bathroom faucet was leaking and it was repaired with electrical tape. The elevator was all our stay (2 weeks) broken. By far my worst experience ever in an hotel."

"I paid like $400 for 5 nights and right when I walk in the room the curtains are all ripped and the toilet was leaking it was gross. The towels were all wet like someone already used them. We tried to call them on the phone in the room but the phone wasn't working so we had to go all the way to the lobby just for them to make us wait more time. It doesn't feel safe here and there's people smoking and just being really suspicious."

"Stayed at Hometown studios in Orlando on East Colonial drive last December 28, 2023 (confirmation number 3995192) . We had a dog & it was posted on their site that it was a dog friendly hotel. They were refusing the presence of our dog and we showed them the publicity. Finally let us in only to find another dog on the second floor!! Room was filthy so we slept in our sleeping bags (got them from our camper van). Got our pillows too as bed sheets were not changed. Passed the broom on the floor (got it from our camper van) as we were walking on crunchy stuff all over the place! Left the room cleaner than when we went in . The manager told us we would get our 50$ security deposit back later but never did! Went back to see manager, Cameron, on January 9th before going back up North to get our deposit back. He told us that it was being retained by the "corporate" by a certain Alissa and he didn't know WHY!! As the manager, you would think that he would KNOW WHY?!! Don't know what he will invent but we took all the pictures of the room before we left. Being retired attorneys, we will open a legal dispute when we get back home. It's a question of PRINCIPLE more than a question of costs. Dishonesty is not commendable when you deal with clients. Will not rent a hotel sub-contracting with RED ROOF again. Not good for their image..."

"So zero complaints on the room. It is what it is. The other people in this hotel and literally TRASH. Screaming, banging doors, playing loud music and shooting off fireworks. 3 nights in a row. Most of them live here. So I wouldn't recommend. The road next to the road and it's super loud. 3 nights of no sleep. Not worth it! checking out early."

"My husband and I have been here for a couple of weeks now and I must say it has been very pleasant. Our room is clean with extremely hot water no bugs and a pretty decent cable selection. The manager Cameron is one of the kindest people I’ve ever met!"
